1. Scope of this demonstration
This site demonstrates a creative agency website layout, content structure, and interactions. Projects, pricing, statistics, and profiles are illustrative and do not constitute service commitments or client endorsements.
2. Services and project agreements
Real design, branding, and development engagements require a separate agreement covering scope, deliverables, reviews, and acceptance. Illustrative page content does not replace an agreed project contract.
3. Client-supplied materials
A real engagement should establish requirements and material sources, timely feedback, and rights to supplied text, imagery, and brand assets. Sensitive materials should use an agreed exchange method.
4. Delivery and intellectual property
The project agreement should define usage rights and any transfer of ownership. Third-party fonts, images, and other materials retain their respective rights and may require additional licensing.
5. Timelines and revisions
Timelines depend on scope, content readiness, and review cadence. Additional work or a major change of direction should be assessed and agreed before the plan is revised.
6. Fees and payment
Displayed prices illustrate the plan cards. Actual fees, payment milestones, taxes, and refund arrangements belong in a separately agreed contract. This demo has no payment integration.
7. Responsibilities and termination
A real agreement should define responsibilities, confidentiality, and termination procedures, including completed work, handover, and continuing obligations.
8. Demo forms and subscription
The validation action checks current input and shows a demo result. It does not create an order, send a message, or start a subscription. A real deployment needs an implemented service and an updated privacy notice.
9. Updates and contact
This notice is for template preview. Before a real launch, the operator should complete the terms for its actual service and provide a clear version date and a working contact channel.
