Cut into the hillside when the house was built, the cellar stays naturally close to thirteen degrees throughout the year.
The sommelier selects bottles from Valtellina and the hills around Bergamo, paired with cured meat, aged cheese, rye bread and honey.
Small tastings run on Thursday and Saturday evenings for up to eight guests. Ask the concierge about a private session.
