Privacy notice
Forms and entries
Enquiry and newsletter forms validate entries in the current browser page. They do not send email, store personal information or create orders. This template does not persist form entries when you leave or refresh the page.
Journey parameters
Dates, guest counts, rooms and experiences may be passed to the enquiry page through URL parameters. Do not include sensitive personal information in those parameters.
Website infrastructure
Access remains subject to the hosting platform’s infrastructure and privacy policies. Any future email, payment or analytics integration must identify its data controller and explain its processing.
02 · TERMS
Terms of demonstration
Content and reservations
Accommodation, experiences, prices, dates, characters and service arrangements illustrate a design. They are not live business information, an offer for sale or a booking confirmation. A real hotel must replace them with verified information and booking conditions.
Photography and materials
Publicly accessible reference photography is retained for internal template comparison. Public access does not grant commercial rights. Obtain permission or replace it with appropriately licensed material before commercial delivery.
Before operating a business
Supply verified contact information, taxes, cancellation rules, consumer terms and a privacy policy, and connect a validated operational service.
