Mindful living ·
A gentler rhythm for your morning
A slower start does not mean falling behind. Try meeting the morning with breath, gentle stretches, and one small intention.

Listen before you move
After waking, take a moment before trying larger movements. Sit comfortably, soften your shoulders, and notice your energy. Move within a comfortable range rather than forcing a particular shape.
Let movement follow breath
Gently lengthen as you breathe in and soften as you breathe out. Choose familiar, easy movements and repeat them with natural breathing. Take a break whenever you need one.
Take one intention with you
Close with one simple intention: ease, attention, or kindness. You do not need to make every day perfect. Look for a small rhythm that you would like to repeat.
