ONE TRUCK IN 2009. 22 PEOPLE TODAY.
Thad Kittredge framed houses for other builders for fifteen years, then started his own company with one truck and one rule: write the number down before anyone picks up a hammer. Seventeen years later the truck is a fleet and the rule is the contract.
OUR CREW. OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Every carpenter and superintendent is an employee covered by workers’ compensation. Warranty scope, response time and responsibility go into the contract. Reference brand story and demonstration team.
